George and Jennifer are lifelong entrepreneurs with a shared passion for building meaningful businesses and unforgettable experiences. Together, they bring over 20 years of small business ownership, blending creativity, strategy, and heart into everything they do.

Jennifer, a former school teacher, launched Belle Lees Boutique online in 2017 with the help of George's extensive business background and deep knowledge of running and scaling successful companies- After building a strong and successful online business, she opened the first brick-and-mortar Belle Lees Boutique in 2018 in Kemah, Texas- In November 2021, the brand expanded again With the opening of Belle Lees on the Strand, located in a prime spot in historic downtown Galveston.

In 2020, George sold his business and joined Jennifer full-time, forming a true husband-and-wife partnership. Together, they continued to grow the brand, and in December 2025, they opened Belle's Bubbly Bar & Boutique, their newest and most exciting venture, also located in a prime location on the Strand. This space represents the natural evolution of the Belle Lees brand — blending boutique shopping with a curated wine and Prosecco experience.

The boutique world has always been close to their hearts, but so has another passion: wine, Prosecco, and travel. From exploring different regions to tasting bubbles around the world, George and Jennifer found themselves constantly inspired by the way wine brings people together. Belle's Bubbly Bar became a place where fashion meets fizz, and where community, celebration, and connection take center stage.

The name "Belle Lees" carries deep meaning. Belle means beautiful. and Lee comes from Jennifer's grandmother's middle name — the matriarch of their family and the true inspiration behind the brand- She is vibrant, confident, stylish, full of life, and endlessly inspiring- The boutiques — and now the bubbly bar — were created for women just like her— and for every woman who aspires to live boldly, dress beautifully, and celebrate life at every stage.
